the grammatical form used for an action that had already finished when another action happened . It is made with "had" and a past participle .
過去完成時
"I had just cooked " is an example of the past perfect , and "I had just been cooking " is an example of the past perfect continuous . I had just cooked 是過去完成時的一個例子，而 I had just been cooking 是過去完成進行時的一個例子。
